Chairman & CEO
Michael joined Go Mini’s in 2006 as an independent dealer. His entrepreneurial vision, executive management experience and creative business strategy had an immediate impact on the organization. His years of expanding his Southern California markets led to his creation of a sophisticated business model to create national growth for the Go Mini’s brand. He became CEO in 2012, leading the organization into a successful franchise model. The result has earned Go Mini’s recognition by a number of industry publications as one of the fastest-growing brands in the mobile self-storage and moving industry.
A managing board director, Brad joined the Go Mini’s family in 2006 as a dealer in Tennessee. In 2012, he, Mike Lohman and 28 other investors guided the conversion of Go Mini’s from a dealer brand to a franchise model. Since that conversion, Brad’s multiple franchises have experienced more than 200 percent growth. His sustained success at the local franchise level uniquely positioned Brad to direct the development of the marketing and technology team behind the operations platform known as RevGen. A proprietary marketing and technology suite, RevGen serves as the scaffolding on which Go Mini’s marketing programs are built and is instrumental to the success and growth of every Go Mini’s franchise.
